is a Roots Rock Artist, Musician, and Songwriter from Dorchester, Ontario.
Williams is an artist unlike any other, and his music and his show cannot be simply narrowed down to the confines of a single genre. With Greg's influences from Southern Rock, Roots, Blues, Jazz, Soul and Country as well as a "Musician-First" mentality - he creates a one of kind show like you've never seen before!
Born and Raised in Dorchester, Ontario, Williams got his start in music at the age of 7 when he began fiddling. Twenty-Two years later, he still considers this the best decision he has ever made. Since then he has had the pleasure of being on stage with artists such as Canadian Country Icon George Canyon, and Grammy-Nominated Country Band Confederate Railroad just to name a few. In January of 2020, Williams released his debut EP, The Mistakes I've Made and has had 2 songs go to radio, and his song Right Side of Goodbye charted #1 on the Canadian Indie Country Countdown.
Greg's music has taken him to numerous stages across North America - performing at festivals such as the Boots & Hearts Music Festival, and the Havelock Jamboree in front of 15,000 people. He has cut his teeth playing bars from Saskatchewan to Ontario and even down to Nashville, Tennessee, and even as far south as Downtown Disney in Orlando, Florida.
Greg Williams is currently in the process of writing for his second EP with producer Clayton Bellamy of the Roadhammers. Now with the craziness of the past 2 years come and gone, Greg is ready to hit the road and unleash 2 years of show energy every single night!
